Usage guidelines outline how the component should and shouldn’t be used in different user interface contexts.
When to use
- On a page where a user can trigger the Show Advanced Filters action in the Filter Panel, so that they can use more complex filters to narrow down large or complex result sets.
When not to use
- Filtering non-complex or small amounts of content. If a simple filter is required, use Filter Panel instead.
- Don’t display an Advanced Filter Panel on a page by default.
